Delicious Malvani Prawns Gravy | Spicy & Authentic Konkani Flavor

Malvani Prawns Gravy Recipe (Kolambi Rassa) Ingredients: 500g fresh prawns, cleaned and deveined 2 tbsp oil 1 onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup grated coconut 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp Malvani masala 1/2 tsp turmeric Salt to taste 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala (optional) Coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Roast coconut until golden. Cool and grind to a paste. Heat remaining oil, add chopped onions and fry till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add prawns, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Add the ground coconut paste and Malvani masala. Mix and cook for 5–6 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
